Timothy J. Roque is an Associate at Nelson, Robinson & El Ashmawy, PLLC, who concentrates on a variety of personal injury, medical malpractice, and family law issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Roque gained valuable legal experience working directly with Judges and Judicial Case Managers on diverse and complex family law issues at the Suffolk County (MA) Probate and Family Court. He also has experience with criminal matters and proceedings from his work as a legal fellow with the Suffolk County (MA) District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Roque earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New England Law| Boston where he served on the New England Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College with a degree in Economics. Mr. Roque is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
