Mr. Nelson is a partner at Nelson, Robinson & El Ashmawy, PLLC and has successfully represented clients in a variety of the firms family law matters, including custody and visitation, child support, adoption, child abuse and neglect, and divorce proceedings. Mr. Nelson’s practice also includes other civil litigation matters such as personal injury and medical malpractice.
Mr. Nelson has extensive experience in every phase of litigation, from pre-trial counseling and settlement negotiations, to aggressive trial advocacy, and has a proven track record for securing successful outcomes. Prior to co-founding Nelson, Robinson & El Ashmawy, PLLC, Mr. Nelson spent several years prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases in New York City.
Mr. Nelson obtained his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida. Mr. Nelson is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
